Asked 8/9/17 – San Antonio, TX

We weren’t married, I am now 19, my parents and his parents knew about it, and we had been in a relationship until recently.

Answer

The short answer is yes. It depends on the specific facts, but there is no statute of limitation on sexual assault (see Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 12.01, and Texas Penal Code Section 22.011 – Sexual Assault). The fact the sexual contact was consensual and your parents “knew about it” is irrelevant. Criminal prosecution is still possible.
