Even though my conviction was in Virginia can I seal my record now that I live in Texas?

I did most of my probation Texas when I transferred from Virginia. So can I get my record sealed since I my information was transferred to Texas?

Jurisdiction of your case remains in Virginia, and Virginia law will govern the sealing of your record. Contact the attorney who represented you in that State.
