If I was going to be charged, wouldnt they of charged us together?

I was a suspect in a crime.. My boyfriend was charged with it.. I was not.

Answer

Depends on the crime and depends on the facts. You will need separate lawyers. Have a consultation with a local attorney ASAP. That attorney should be able to get information on your boyfriend’s case, then hopefully find out if charges will be filed against you.
