My grandson has a 1st CNT “A” Poss c/s and 2nd CNT B PSMJ, what does this mean please?

I don’t know if any are felonies.

Answer

The 1st offense in the charging instrument is possession of a controlled substance (count a), and the second charge is possession of marijuana (count b)
