Answer
Don’t give up! Call a local attorney to see if the warrants can be removed for a fraction of the cost of the tickets. A court date could then be set up which would give you more time to arrange your finances. After court, the amounts could be reduced, you could be given more time to pay and hopefully, convictions could be avoided. If you just sit the fines out in jail, convictions will be reported which could cause the suspension of your license and surcharges to be imposed, which generally causes a downward spiral where you feel like you can never get out from behind the 8-ball. Talk to an attorney before you do anything.
