My ex boyfriend & I are going thru custody for my daughter. And I’m afraid that he will touch her wrong or do something to her. I was 16 when we first had sex and he was 22. I am 19 and he is 25 and we broke up because he wants someone younger his words he got tired of me he said I’m to old already .. I didn’t know our relationship was against the law he said it was fine but it had to be our little secret. When I talked to someone they told me I could press charges on statuary rape but I’m not sure how to. I’m just afraid he’d touch her wrong he has done it once before.
