If i miss the scheduled appointment date but reschedule it and make it there in the same month is it a violation

im on felony probation in collin county i have to report once a month

Answer

It is a violation to miss any scheduled probation appointment.. Your PO will assume you missed your appointment because you would test positive on a UA. Whether your case will be returned to court for a motion to revoke to be filed is up to the discretion of your probation officer. Do whatever he or she tells you, and do NOT miss any further appointments.
