How can I fight and remove CTW?

DFW Hindu temple issued me CTW without due process of its own constitution. I am life time member. I was promoting another events and let people know about events at general public events . When they ask me to stop and leave I left. I got CTW fives days later when I visited temple. How can I challenge this CTW?

Answer

The temple is a private entity and they can issue the criminal trespass warning to you if they please. They do not want your patronage and with the issuance of the warning, you can be arrested if you appear on the premises. Unless you receive written notice from an official at the temple which rescinds the criminal trespass warning, I suggest you find another place of worship.
