I just applied for a driving job and they rejected me because I have a careless driving ticket on my driving record so how can I remove this ticket from my driving record or resolve this problem and one more thing I have a Texas drivers license and I got this careless driving ticket in Kentucky

Answer

If a conviction was entered, there is nothing you can do Once something is reported as a final conviction, it’s just that: a FINAL conviction. That’s why you fight like hell when you first go to court to make sure no final conviction is entered. NEVER NEVER NEVER just pay a ticket.
