A Friend Of Mine Has Been Charged With Tampering With Physical Evidence And Has Been In Jail For About 2 Almost 3 Weeks And Has A Pre-Indictment Court Appearance Date Next Week , I Would Like To Know If I Could Show Up And Sit In The Court Room Simply For Support

You may appear at all settings on this matter unless and until a Judge issues and order otherwise (which doesn’t happen very often, generally only in high profile cases). The public pays for the building of the courthouse and the salaries of the personnel. You are a member of the public, so you have the right to attend.
