What does H/F KAUFMAN CO SO (BND SET BY MAGISTRATE) mean?

I have a friend that was arrested in Dallas County for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and bond was set at $10,000. I looked online and it now states she has 2 tickets out of Kaufman County and a Robbery F2. For the bond it says H/F KAUFMAN CO SO (BND SET BY MAGISTRATE). What does this mean? Can I not bail her out?

Answer

Your friend has a hold on him from Kaufman,am County Tickets that were issued by the Kaufman County sheriff’s Office were not taken care of and warrants are outstanding for the citations. These tickets must also be paid or have bonds posted before your friend will be released.
