If I’m on parole and I get violation with a new federal charge will my state and federal run cc

Answer

They will run concurrently if ordered to. Let your attorney know about everything and the goal will be to have the new sentence run the same time as the parole violation. With the federal sentencing guidelines, however, it may not be possible to have them run exactly the same duration.
