I got arrested in harris county texas for my 3rd class b misdemeanor theft only2 were in Houston tx and 1 was in Austin tx. I’m currently out on bond. I have no felonies but a couple other misdemeanors

Your case is eligible to be enhanced. It is up to the discretion of the DA of whether to do so or not. My guess is that the enhancement paragraphs will be added and then could possibly be removed and the case reduced during the plea negotiation process. Hire a local attorney and good luck.
