I got tickets about a month ago. One is getting deferred and im paying the other one.
I just got a speeding ticket today. (9 over) and what will that do for my deferred ticket? I plan on paying all of them. However will I get my license taken away? Will my deferred ticket but get deferred…i just finished defensive driving a few days ago….too

Paying the new ticket will cause a conviction on BOTH tickets. A condition of deferred adjudication is that you not be convicted of any other violations during the probationary period. Hire a local attorney to see if the new citation can be kept from your record.
