My fiance wanna know what does it means well he received his indictment but it doesn’t have the red stamp /red seal on it

He said his cellmates said it’s not real that it suppose to have a red stamp or a red seal on the indictment paper

Answer

It does NOT invalidate anything, if that is what you are asking. I’m not sure what red stamp your fiancee is referring to, but he still has a criminal charge pending against him, and he will need an attorney to help in the defense of his case.
