Was At Walt-Mart Wen My Wallet Was Stolen. I Made A Police Report. I Had very important things in it and a money order check . I Called my bank and let them now my money order check was stolen and they tell me that someone had forge my signature and cashed it . They give me information on were the check was cashed and a copy of the check with the forge signature. Can I make another police report? Can I sue the person for causing pain Stress and More ? I Had to put everything back at Walt Mart food clothes and baby formula I Had no money and my kids needed it. i just had a newborn wasn’t in good condition to be going through Wat i did I Had to walk home a 20 minute walk it a very cold day. I trip on my way home in front of cars that were driving By -.- Well Guess Who Was Having A Good Dayyy.

You may make a supplement to your police report; the forging of you name and cashing the money order is a new and separate offense. You also have the right to file a civil suit against the person who caused you damage; please remember, however, that just because you sue someone doesn’t mean you’ll get any money. I’m going to guess the person who did this to you is in as bad or worse financial shape as you are. You can get a civil judgment, but if the defendant has no ability to pay, the judgment is worthless.
