Do I qualify for governor’s pardon in Texas?

I have deferred adjudification agg assault 2nd degree felony 2012 in Texas, class c misdemeanor poss of controlled substance from 2009 in Pennsylvania and deferred DUI from 2010 in Pennsylvania.

Answer

Anyone can request a Gubernatorial pardon, but its unlikely. If you want the law, it’s Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 48.01 et seq. I suggest you start by contributing heavily to the election campaign of whoever you think will be the next Governor.
