I caught a sexual assault case against my ex wife back in 1996 in dallas county i received a 2 year deferred probation and i have to register as a sexoffender i whould like to petition the court so that i dont have to register anymore we also stayed together 5 years after the offense how do i go about this.

Answer

You may petition the court to remove your obligation to register, but you are not going to find a cut and paste form where you can just fill in the blanks. If you insist on representing yourself, begin with the Texas Coda of Criminal Procedure. I strongly suggest, however, you contact a local attorney.
