Me & my friend got a ticket for parking curfew & we didnt know park close at 11. When we got to the park we saw people walking & car pack so we thought ok we can go for a walk then around 12ish me & my friend in the car talking when out of no where the police come & give us a pink slip & now we have to go to court?

You probably want to contact a local attorney. I would want to know how well the hours of operation of the park were posted. Did you drive a car into one of the parking areas? Were there signs posted at the entry points? The fact that you did not personally know the park was closed is NOT a defense, but you may be able to bring up other issues.
