Asked 2/9/2016 – San Antonio, TX

I was arrested in San Antonio Texas for assault bodily injury and family violence about 7 months ago and the case was dismissed. I am trying to see if I would be able to purchase a firearm now that I haven’t been convicted of any crimes

Answer

If you have not been convicted of any crime, you still have the right to purchase a firearm.
