Can i enter into a payment plan and have FTA’s lifted while im paying? I dont have enough money to pay them off all at once

It depends on the policy of the court where the warrants are issued from. Some courts will lift the onmi (FTA) holds upon posting of a bond or entry of a plea. Some courts will wait until all fees are paid in full before notifying the DPS to lift the holds on your license (I don’t think that’s the way the law is written, but some courts do it anyway). I strongly suggest you do NOT enter into a payment plan. Payment plan means convictions which may cause more problems down the road. Contact a local attorney in the county where your tickets are from before you do anything.
