My mother called police on my fiance and I when we were arguing loudly and she kept saying things well she was scared and went to neighbors called them. They said it was domestic violence case, and all in all I told them I wasnt filing chgs, then I found out state picks up chgs on this, officer told me he was t going to let him come back inside in case argument would get worse so he said he is being arrested you may tell DA in morning you dont want anythng to happen and go bond him out. DA never has called he had court this last week bond was reduced but at moment still cannot bond out. Next court date is feb 18 what do I need to do before going to court to let whomever know nothing is wrong? This is a big mess also the report has many false statements in it what do I do

If he is still in jail, the court has probably appointed an attorney to represent him. Find out the court where his case is pending, call the court and determine who has been appointed to represent him. Contact hat attorney and explain the situation. This is assuming that since you do not have the money to bond him out of jail, you do not have the money to retain an attorney. If you do have the money, retain local counsel immediately.
