Ok so i got a traffic ticket but i did not commit it.it was my car but i wasnt driving when the traffic light caught my car.i have to renew my id on Friday Feb 12. Can i still renew my id

Answer

An outstanding red light camera citation will NOT prohibit you from renewing your ID or driver’s license. It WILL prohibit you from renewing the registration on your vehicle (in essence, the ticket is bound to the car, not the driver). You can renew your ID, but eventually you will have to deal with this matter.
