Asked 2/12/2016 – Pearland, TX

On deferred probation, what is likely to happen?

Answer

If you are convicted of any violation while on deferred adjudication, that probation is subject to being revoked and you may be sentenced anywhere within the punishment range provided by law for that offense. I am not sure what offense you are on probation for, so I can’t tell you what the maximum exposure on your case is. Contact your attorney, who should be able to give you that information.
