I about about to get out of the army on a medical discharge. I took a drug test which i know happens every time around that day. I never used drugs and even gave up drinking cause im on multiple meds. The Lab paperwork that came back had errors. The date they said the sample was collected is completely wrong on the documents making me think of what else they could’ve made a mistake on.

The collection date on the sample may be in error, but it does not totally invalidate the sample. If you believe the results are in error, talk to local counsel (JAG) about retesting the sample.
