I co sing myself husband out of jail and he hasn’t called in and he is telling me he’s not go to court

I assume your husband was released from jail by a bond company posting bail, which you co-signed for. If your husband does not appear in court as directed, the Court will forfeit the bond posted and the bond company will have to pay the full amount of the bond to the county. The bond company will then have the right to sue you civilly for the amount the bond company has to pay. If you gave the bond company collateral, that would be taken to pay the sums as well. You would NOT, however, be subject to any jail time.
