What are examples of an overt act to conspiracy? Could this just be talking through text to a friend about it but said you were just kidding when you were finished wih the conversation.

To give an accurate example of an overt act in furtherance of a conspiracy, tell me what the government alleges what the conspirators are attempting to do. Can texting be enough? Yes. For example , if people text each other with the idea to hijack planes and fly them into the side of a building, I would think the texting of this nature would constitute a conspiracy.
