And what is the charge for holding someone against there will?

You can’t press charges. You can contact law enforcement, file an incident report and the detective assigned to the case will determine if there is enough evidence to file a criminal charge against any or all parties involved. It will be up to that detective to decide what criminal charges to refer to the District Attorney as well. You can contact a private attorney to possibly file a civil suit against the students who held your son.
