How is it possible they charged him with aggravated robbery? Can he get out in probation?

my husband is charged with aggravated robbery its his first felony . He wasn’t the one who commit the robbery i dont know why he was charged with aggravated robbery.

Your husband was charged because law enforcement believed they had enough evidence to file a case against him. You will need an attorney to find out what that evidence is.
