trying to see what my husband is being charged for.

The criminal charge is Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver. The substance is listed in Penalty Group 1 and the weight of the substance is less than 4 grams but more than 1 gram (See Texas Health and Safety Code Section 481.112). This is a second degree felony, punishable by confinement in prison from 2 to 20 years, a fine of up to $10,000 or a maximum probationary period of up to 10 years. Speak with an attorney soon.
