I’m on felony probation for theft, never had priors, paid my fees and community service. Done half of 3. Think I can get off early?

Answer

Talk with your probation officer and see if the probation department will object to early release. Then speak with the attorney who represented you on your plea and see what your Judge’s policy is regarding early release. You qualify under the statue, but it is discretionary with the Court.
