OK so I let a friend use my vehicle Friday but only to drop me off and pick me up from work and here it is already Sunday and it has not been returned do I need to file it stolen or missing

Answer

You can call your local police department and they will let you know the steps you have to take before they will investigate a crime. When you speak with them, make sure you are completely honest about the transaction and the relationship with your friend. If you start telling half truths or seem evasive to their questions, you’ll be in more trouble than you can imagine.
