My California DL was suspended and I moved to Texas to live. I obtained a legal Texas DL after the required classes.

Answer

You may be issued a Texas DL, but when Texas learns of the suspension from California, your Texas license will soon be suspended until Texas receives a clearance from California. You will need to address the out of state suspension. Contact an attorney in the county that caused the suspension
