Asked 3/15/2016 – San Antonio, TX

I currently have a criminal record in Massachusetts.. Statutory Rape Reduced to Inducing a Minor into Sexual Intercourse. I live in Texas Now and work private security. the charge is over 10 almost 15 years old.. I understand it is possible to have a felony record reduced to a misdemeanor.. How does one do this?

Answer

I am not licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, but if your case was finalized, your conviction on the felony is just hat, final. Contact an attorney in the county where the conviction was entered to see if anything can be done.
