While working tdcj I was accused of writing a letter to an inmate. They said they will press charges

Section 39.04 of the Texas Penal Code states “… an employee of a correctional facility…commits an offense if the person intentionally engages in sexual contact…with an individual in custody…”. This is a state jail felony, punishable by a fine of up to $10,000, confinement in a state jail facility from 180 days to 2 years, or a maximum probationary period for up to 10 years.
