i completed probation and received a class A misdemeanor, that was 6 years ago. i have not been in trouble since.

Answer

If you were granted deferred adjudication probation, you successfully completed the probation, and the case was dismissed, then you are eligible for a non-disclosure. If you were granted straight probation and were found guilty, you are not eligible. If you do not know, contact the attorney who represented you and ask.
