The thing is I already passed the written test all I have to do is take the physical test and I have my license but im worried that now if I don’t have my license I cant be eligible for deffered disposition but this my first offense and I was thinking about going to the army am I eligible?
Answer
Deferred disposition is totally discretionary with the Judge of the municipal court where the case is pending. You may contact an attorney who practices in Fairview and find out what requirements that court has regarding deferred (or you may contact the court yourself. Please note deferred disposition is a type of probation, and the armed forces will not allow a person on probation to enlist while on probation. Your cases must be totally finalized before you can go into the army.
