Am I eligible for drivers license renewal?

My license is expired and I looked up to see if I was eligible for renewal. The TXDPS website says I am eligible for renewal but when I check the failure to appear website it says I have open tickets that are withholding my renewal. I’m confused? Am I eligible for renewal or not?

Answer.

Contact the courts listed on the FTA system to see iif those citations remain outstanding, There is a clerical error somewhere. I would not want you to show up at the DPS if you have warrants for your arrest.
