My husbAnd in jail on a hold for parole violation but the date he was suppose to get off parole is may ,2016 will he still get off parole and be able to get a bond atleast

Answer

Your husband will not be released from parole in May if it is found that he violated the conditions of his parole prior to his release. What his chances for release are depend on the nature of the violations. You should talk with a local attorney about what to do next to help with his release.
