Yes, the court in Galveston can require you to appear in court numerous times, require you to go to classes, and submit to drug tests performed by Child Protective Services. Do you have a criminal case pending AND a pending CPS case? Do you have an attorney representing you? Are the court imposed requirements a condition of bond on your criminal case or part of a placement plan with CPS? Talk with your attorney.
