My spouse and I had a domestic physical dispute argument we fought I and made a police report my spouse was giving a pretrial date and he went that’s how he got the probation with that the condition was he is not to contact me my question is if he does contact me for any way that the pretrial probation officer will find out other than me being the complaint in physically to the police station or calling them is there a way that they can searched that my spouse was giving a pretrial date he went that’s how he got a the Probation with that the condition was that he was not too contact me my question is if he does contact me here anyway that be pretrial probation officer will find out other than me being the completed goes in physically to a police station or calling them has their way that they searched that because he has to check into his phone 3 times a week because of the bell that he got so again my question is there a way for a probation officer from pretrial to see if my spouse has been contacting the anyway shape or form

Your spouse is on bond for a criminal case. The bond is basically a court order that has conditions. If your spouse violates any condition of bond, he will go to jail. If you are asking, “If he violates the court order, will he get caught?”, I don’t know for certain but if the two of you are beginning this process with the idea that you can get away with something you are not supposed to do, my thought is your spouse will end up in jail soon.
