Can a project release date change for good time

My husband is looked up and he got 180 days state jail and his release date is the whole 180 can that date change for him to get out sooner with his good time

Answer

“Good time” is not applicable for state jail cases. Contact your husband’s attorney to see if the judge allowed credit for “diligent participation”.
