Well the parents of the 15 year old girl approved of the relationship then they didn’t so they separated them with force and well they said the relations hip was over but they still texted not sexual things but just an occasional hey or how are you doing the girl was the one texting and the guy was just responding.

Any texts between a minor and an adult are not per se illegal; It depends on the nature of the text on whether someone can get in trouble or not. For example, if the texts are threatening, or of a sexual nature, there is definitely a problem. It is probably best to avoid the situation.
