Can an attorney physically do a walk through for me to take care of a warrant without me being present?

I have a probable cause warrant and need to do a walk through on it.

Answer

No. The Sheriff must take your fingerprints and photo. A walk through means you have been granted a short cut in the jail book-in process. You will not have to wait in jail to be arraigned, but you have to make a personal appearance at the jail.
