My girlfriend just wants to do her time in state jail…get out…come home with no probation…she has 11 months back time and a 18 month state jail sentence.

If your girlfriend fails to complete any condition of probation, including the SAFE-P program, she is subject to probation revocation and being sent to jail. Note that: 1) state jail time is day for day, and 2) if she is on deferred adjudication probation, she could be sentenced up to 2 years. That being said, if she does not want the help offered by probation, she can inform her attorney and the program of her desires so she can be brought and sentenced.
