My boyfriend got a dwi misdemeanor b his first under 21. He already did two months on his charge his wasting his sentence he got a PTR court next week can he get time served?

Answer

All time your boyfriend spent in jail on his case will be credited toward any jail sentence assessed. He can discuss this matter with his attorney and see if the time he spent in jail will cover everything.
