I am a juvenile and have been charged with theft under $100, can I be appointed an Court Appointed Lawyer for my case?

Answer

There is no constitutional right to counsel for a class c misdemeanor in Texas. Accordingly, you do not have the right to be appointed an attorney in these types of cases.
