Possession of paraphernalia charge and possession of a controlled substance 1gram to 4grams for an empty syringe just a little bit of blood cops wouldn’t let me see field test and couldn’t explain how it works

Answer

You will be convicted of possession of a controlled substance in an amount between 1 and 4 grams if the State of Texas can prove beyond a reasonable doubt to the trier of fact that you did in fact illegally possess such a substance on the date in question. The contraband seized at the time of your arrest will be sent to a crime lab, weighed and analyzed, and once the results are returned to the District Attorney, a decision will be made on what charges to file and how to proceed on the case.
