Can I get a conviction sealed or pardoned, a certificate of rehabilitation, or expunged after serving my time in 2003?

Was on probation for arson and I got convicted of forgery of a government document and served the 10 months.

Answer

Final convictions are just that: final. You are not eligible for a non-disclosure or an expunction. You may petition the office of the Governor for a pardon. Chances of success are slim, but you have nothing to lose.
