I have had a suspended license for over ten years. It’s been so long that Every time I try to pay something off to get it reinstated they end up saying it’s suspended again for something that happened years ago. Each time I was pulled over, for instance, is proof I was driving without a DL.
I just want to be able to hire a lawyer that can tell me to pay X amount of dollars or start ONE payment plan to get reinstated. I just want to be legal again. Its been a long depression and I’m finally done battling the depression and ready to get this DL back so I can be a legal driver with no weight on my shoulders. Help me, please. Thank you, so much.

Answered about an hour ago. I understand how your situation is very frustrating. In my experience, the source of the problem lies it the process in dealing with the Department of Public Safety. There are several different causes for a license suspension, but they are handled by divergent sections of the DPS. You call, you get information, think you have the problem solved, then discover there is a suspension or hold for a separate reason. Contact an attorney so you can get a comprehensive plan of how to attack this problem.
